In Berlin is reportedly ongoing work on advanced software that will have movie options. According to some media reports, it is a computer system that will be able to "predict" future crimes. Such software is seen in a science fiction movie Minority Report.
Mention the software currently under development concept, and will work so that "pulls data from numerous statistical sources", based on which real-time forecast is made about when and where it would be kind of a potential crime could happen.
The system is called "Precobs" (Pre-Crime observation system). The name was chosen as a reference to the term "precog" used in the aforementioned Steven Spielberg movie Minority Report, in which the main idea of stopping crimes before they happen. This software to predict crime in real time develops Institute Prediction Technique in Oberhausen.
